Summer holiday in Maishofen

Hiking, biking & enjoyment

Fresh mountain air, beautiful views, blossoming meadows and pure nature – a summer holiday in Maishofen on our organic farm not only provides relaxation, but also a variety of sporting and recreational possibilities. You can start directly from the farm into the biking and hiking paradise of the regions Maishofen and Zell am See, practise archery, go Nordic walking or spend a relaxed day bathing with your family at Lake Zell (15 minutes by car). The "Rad- & Wandergolfen" (bike & hike golf) in Maishofen is quite a unique experience and a visit is to be recommended. You discover the region whilst moving from one golf activity station to the other via bike or on foot. The 8 km-long hike along the Anton-Faistauer-Weg trail is characteristic of this popular holiday region Maishofen.

Children’s paradise Sommerergut

Those who spend their family holiday in Maishofen at the Sommerergut, will be delighted by the possibilities for children which are found here, because we want kids and their parents to spend a relaxing holiday. Children can play until their heart’s content in our inner courtyard far away from traffic. For this purpose, a large play area with slide, swing, play house, sand box and much more is provided. Little racing drivers can look forward to peddling tractors and bobby cars. And of course, there are plenty of animals on our farm who love to be petted.

Variety and adventure are promised with a trip to "Tal der Spiele" (“Valley of Games”) featuring many attractions such as “Montelinos adventure mountain”, “Berg Kodok”, the highest tree top hiking path in Europe, and the "Golden Gate Bridge of the Alps".
